Uptown Minneapolis Women’s Boot Camp

If you answered yes, to any of these questions then my Women’s Boot Camp in Uptown, Minneapolis is for you.      I have combined old school training techniques with the latest and greatest in fat loss and nutrition technology to create a boot camp experience that will get you the fastest, safest fat loss results possible!

What is the program like?

I can tell you what it is not like, it is not you running on a treadmill for 30 minutes like a hamster while I play with my phone. If you have seen the personal trainers in the commercial gyms you know exactly what I am talking about. During our appointment, I will teach you how to use Russian kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, exercise cables, yoga techniques, and some really fun stuff like clubs and hammers. My training is anything but routine. I have found in order to get people extraordinary results we must turn to extraordinary methods. I can make you one promise- you will have fun!
