Success Stories Surround Me. What Are You Waiting For?

It has been over six months since I first saw the Grip and Rip DVD featuring the Gym Movement Protocols.

Six awesome success filled months.

In that time I dropped 5.5% body fat, lost inches everywhere and added almost 3 inches to my shoulders. I improved all of my primary lifts with very little effort and soreness.

I have showed more than 10 clients how to use the protocols and they are all experiencing the same kind of substantial results.

People have asked me, “What is the Gym Movement?”  ”What are the protocols?” “Did you really do it without a lot of effort and soreness?”  The Gym Movement is a group of people who strive for better.  We use auto regulatory or biofeedback training to test our movements to make sure that we are choosing exercises, loads, and speeds that make us better.  Using the protocols we achieve Personal Records every time we train and we do it without excessive tension.  What that means is that if it feels hard, we stop and rest.  Seriously.  Long gone are the days of killing myself and others in the gym.  There is a better way and I found it…The Gym Movement

So with all  of my own success and the success  of others all around me, I can’t help but wonder what are you waiting for? Kyle Kruger made progress training 2-3 times a week for 30-50 minutes.  Anyone can manage that- it is time to invest in yourself.  If you’re already exercising, what have you got to loose by testing something new? Its time to look at your progress and see if it matches your goals; if not then its time to get your hands on Grip and Rip.

In the next two weeks I will be recruiting four more individuals to participate in my next 120 day case study.  It is this simple:

4) Set up your first coaching call with me (unless you are here in  Minneapolis and then we will do things face-to-face).

5)Send me your before photos, measurements, body weight and body fat percentages

6) Get Started.

I get better everyday, every week and every month.  I’m excited to see what the next 120 days will bring.  Are you going to get better with me?
