November Progress Report: Week 1

Week 1 of November has come and gone and I reached most of my training goals for that week- the exception being that I didn’t choreograph any new Zumba Fitness materials.

I had two longer lifting sessions (30 plus minutes) and 3 shorter lifting sessions (sub 20 minutes).

I moved more than 72,000 lbs during my 5 lifting sessions (between Nov. 2nd and 7th).  Highlights: I’m now swinging an 82lb Kettle Bell.  I am doing big volume with an easy 110lb Deadlift. My chin-ups and pull-ups are improving rapidly and I anticipate doing 3-5 rep sets by the end of the month.

I taught 4 Zumba classes, 4 Yoga classes and 1 Spin class.
