November Progress Report: Week 2

There was no shortage of awesome in the second week of November.

I taught 6 Zumba classes, 1 spin class, 3 yoga classes and 1 silver sneakers classes. I also choreographed 2 new Zumba Fitness routines.

On November 9th I lifted 27, 112lbs.
On November 10th I worked on my Turkish Get-Up.
On November 14th I moved 50, 282 lbs.
Highlights from the week include improved speed on box jumps, increased weight on my push presses and reverse grip rows.
Also, I’m excited to return to doing deadlifts with the Trap Bar.

I’m very focused for week 3 on improving my kettlebell snatch, turkish get-up and kettlebell clean.  I will also be testing more than 3 loads each exercise because I want to be sure I’m choosing the best weight intensities for my workouts.

The month is half way through, are you closer to your goals? Don’t let them slip away.
