Kale Chips- A Tasty Alternative to Potato Chips

A few months back my fabulous client Amy mentioned to me that she had discovered a super tasty alternative to potato chips. Being a gal who enjoys a salty snack from time to time she had my attention.

When I finally got around to trying Kale Chips I wondered where they had been all my life?! These chips are not only tasty but also nutritious and with yummy flavors┬álike Bombay Curry, Zesty Nacho, Kool Ranch and Mango Habanero you can’t go wrong.

Educational Notes about Kale:

Kale is a great source of Vitamins A, C and K. It also contains minerals like calcium, manganese, copper, potassium and fiber. Kale is considered a superfood (which means that it is nutrient dense and beneficial for  health and well-being).

 

Instead of a bag of chips this weekend why not try Kale Chips?
