Ladies and gentlemen,
I’m going to talk a little bit about something I don’t usually talk about on my site: failure.
Seriously.
For those of you who know me, you know that my number one objective is to help as many women (and a few men) achieve the kind of physical transformation that changes their lives.
I’m not just in the fat loss business.
I am in the life changing business.
I know that when you look and feel better you will do and be better- in all aspects of your life. And that is why I am so passionate about what I do and I care and love my clients so much.
But sometimes to really help my clients and readers reach their physique goals, I need to talk about the ugly side of things too.
Tonight, this means that I’m going to tell you how to fail at fat loss. The kicker is that it isn’t hard to do.
If you want to fail at fat loss, all you need to do is give up.
That’s right. Quit.
Just stop trying.
Just believe you can’t do it.
Just tell yourself you’ll always be __X__ y__or__Z.
Maybe you think I’m joking, but I’m not.
You can try all the fitness products in the world and not get any results, but I’m telling you it is the moment that you give up on yourself and your goals that you have failed at fat loss. You may not be seeing results right this moment, but if you ask enough questions, run enough experiments and test out enough elements (ie: increased rest and relaxation, better nutrition, varied exercise etc. etc.) you will get results.
