Hotel Workout For Traveling Women

I know that when you are out of town on business or on a vacation sometimes the last thing you feel like doing is traditional exercise.  If you are making time to walk around and site see, attend a class or even go dancing (and I’m not talking about the shuffling – I mean really dancing) then you are certainly better off than you would be had you done nothing.  But lets be honest, you’re most efficient and effective workouts are ones that involve resistance training.

But sometimes that doesn’t seem very practical.

Maybe you feel like you are too short on time,  there is too little actual exercise space or that you can’t exercise because there isn’t a fitness center at your hotel.

I have solved all three of these problems for you by creating two fast, effective fitness level friendly workout routines that you can squeeze into any hotel and any short time frame.
