Distance Coaching: What it is and how it can work for you.

Distance Coaching is not something that is new to the fitness industry.
In fact, there are some great trainers offering distance coaching.
But distance coaching is not for the lazy or unmotivated. It is for people who are seriously prepared to make a commitment to themselves and to getting results.
If you want to make visible changes in your physique then distance coaching may be for you!
Starting Point:
After 4 months of distance coaching:
But, I won’t take just anyone.
I want a commitment from you that you will make it to the gym/ workout space/your garage/your backyard (wherever you exercise) at least two times a week and that you will hold yourself accountable by tracking your food intake for at least some of the time.
How Distance Coaching Works:
When I work with someone by distance, I make use of You Tube, Skype (if needed) and e-mail.
I send videos that explain how to use the Gym Movement Protocols, how to improve your nutrition plan, and different exercises/movement progressions to test.
I expect weekly e-mail/phone updates that occasionally include the data in your training journal.  Training journal, you might wonder?  Yes, training journal.  If you don’t write it down, it did not happen.

My Distance Program Includes:

  • 12 weeks of coaching
  • An Initial Phone Consultation:  to determine Goals, exercise and movement history, injuries and any other health related issues. At this time we will also go over setting up twitter and youtube accounts if needed.
  • Analysis of photos (provided by the client)
  • Videos that explain HOW to use the revolutionary gym movement testing protocols.
  • Weekly coaching calls and videos tailored to the clients specific goals. ie: fat loss, bigger chest/arms, better running performance etc.
  • Videos/phone calls that cover nutritional information that will accelerate your progress

My distance clients have made outstanding progress.
