Distance Coaching Upate…

by Megan K on January 27, 2012

I have been getting a lot of questions about what it is like to do distance coaching with me.
To be honest, it is different from person to person- just like personal training.
It depends on your goals, your current activity level, your health history and the time you have available.

I have one client who hears from me multiple times a week, because she wants to train 5-6 days/week and she just began working with me.

I have another client who checks in with me once every couple of weeks. I help him keep things interesting.  I suggest new angles to test and new movements to try based on his physique and performance goals.

I have another client who consults me for things related to pain, nutrition, motivation, accountability and occasionally exercise.

Distance coaching depends on you.

I will tell you this though: it works.

If you have access to equipment at home, or a gym membership and you want to receive some awesome, results driven, you centered training (but you don’t live anywhere near me) then distance coaching is for you!

For the next 3 clients who contact me you will receive $50 off of your 12 weeks of training just be mentioning this post!

It is a new year, what steps are you taking toward a new and better you?

In good health,
Megan K
