6 Week Body Transformation Challenge

Participants MUST attend a minimum of 2-3 sessions/week

Plymouth: 5:30am Mon/Wed/Fri

 5:30 or 6:30pm Mon/Wed

 9:00am Sunday

Uptown: 6:30, 7:30pm (5:30pm limited availability) Tue/Thur

10:00am Saturday
