120 Days: Transform Your Body and The Way You View Fitness

Spring is officially here.

The weather is beautiful and it is time to feel as beautiful and fabulous as the weather!

I’m looking for people who are ready to come and train with me and learn how to use the Gym Movement Protocols to get the best results of their lives.

You can train with me at the Sabes JCC, the Movement Minneapolis or at your home.
