You haven’t experienced expedited fat loss until you have experienced my incredible body fat blasting boot camp! 

My Boot Camp burns body fat, revs up your metabolism and challenges you physically- every single workout!

Here are just a few of my programs’ current success stories:

  • Michelle, age 24,  came to me just ten weeks ago, in a deconditioned state. Already she is well on her way to her goals. She is down 28lbs and almost 30 inches in just 16 weeks!

So what is the program like?

I can tell you what it is not like:

  • it is not you running on a treadmill for 30 minutes like a hamster while I play with my phone.
  • it is not you mindlessly pedaling away on a bike
  • it is not you using boring machine after machine
